"reserved a room for our room to be booked by someone else, charges a no show fee if you’re a few hours late even when it’s your reservation for a hotel? they don’t care about your flight delays still made us pay for 2 rooms! poor poor poor, no compassion, no sympathy,room was dirty found someone dirty chancla under the chair. the coffee maker was disgusting they don’t clean throughly. it is what it is now but definitely don’t expect the best. "

"I need someone to reach out to me, please. We did not stay at this hotel because the room smelled and the carpet and bathroom were so filthy. "

"We left 3 shopping bags in our hotel closet. The hotel reached out to me and assisted me with options to ship the bags to us. The manager went out of her way to pack the box for UPS to pick-up at their hotel to send to us. In my opinion,this was customer service well beyond her duties. Not to mention the honesty of the housekeeping staff. This is the third time we have stayed there and will continue to stay there in the future."

"Bed was comfortable, room was comfy. The only problem we had was Expedia booking. We don't live in a communist country. My husband who booked the room used Expedia and was charged $84 dollars more than the room was rated $85 a night. We had no choice and the lady who was very nice explained that we could not use our AAA or AARP discounts. That Expedia was a third party. This was robbery. We will never use Expedia ever again. We are seniors and I don't like being scammed."
