"No breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, good parking, exc"

"The place was a building site being renovated and charging ridiculously exorbitant prices for a daggy room with a broken wardrobe door. There were no staff on site and lucky there was a cleaning lady available when we got there who messaged the owner to let them know we had arrived. Twice before arriving I had tried to call and left messages and no one returned my call. There was no mention on the booking about renovations which is very poor, as had I known about this I would have not booked. Overall very disappointing and unfortunately we had to leave to return home for an emergency. I’m actually quite pleased that we didn’t get to stay there because it’s absolutely terrible."

"Reception and Cafe were closed for the 3 days we were there. Place had clean linen but kitchen area you had to wash items before using. We found our key card where stated but it was surprising that we could open another room with our keycard by mistake. Makes you wander about security. We didn't find the breakfast promised. Managed to find one staff member very undwcently"
