This is a Pet friendly home , fully fenced with sparkling pool, plenty of outdoor entertaining area , private jetty , family friendly with park across the road , scooter and skate board also 2 kayaks provided .Only 10 mins from Sunshine Coast airport and 5 minutes from local Sunshine Plaza . Aussie World , Sealife and Australia Zoo all located on the coast , beautiful beaches !!! Mooloolaba beach near by and house is walking distance to the gorgeous Maroochy River and beach , bring your boat , jet skis and tire up to your jetty .All bedrooms have new aircons , carpet and fans , house freshly painted and well presented . BBQ and free washer and dryer , heaps of on street parking and driveway , No garage available sorry .No pets are to be on furniture or in bedrooms please or you will be charged extra cleaning .We provide towels , linen , starter kit for tea coffee and toiletries .thank you for looking at our beach house listing , Alice and Troy

From the start Alice's communication was excellent. The house was well presented with so much space for our families (and pup) to enjoy. The pool, fishing off the jetty, and arcade game kept our 3 boys entertained the whole week. The area was a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the river, beach, and highway. Thank you Alice for making our Christmas comfortable with a special touch of a Christmas tree and candy canes for the kids. Will definitely stay again!

Canal view house

Fabulous, large, pet friendly house in a quiet location overlooking the canal. Everything you need plus more for a relaxing holiday. The host is very responsive and helpful.
