This 2 bedroom unit is neat and tidy with a leafy outlook off your balcony where you can sit and feel the sea breezes. Nestled in between Kings Beach and Shelly Beach take a short stroll to either beach or your choice of the many quality cafes and restaurants all just a 5 minute walk away.

Unit 2 'Chequers Caloundra' is located on the 1st floor with access via stairs only and will sleep up to 4 people in a Double bed and 2 Single beds. This property features a washing machine, dryer, TV, Wifi and ceiling fans.

There is 1 bathroom with a walk in shower and separate toilet.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
