"Staff all very approachable and friendly. The Junior suite was disappointing and not worth the price paid. Alot of traffic noise which even with the terrace doors closed was constant so not alotbof sleep. Very drafty room. Extractor not working in the bathroom and paintwork in the room in need of refresh. Would not book again. Staff lovely and the bar area nice. Breakfast room disappointing with the view of vans parked outside. "

"The stay was absolutely beautiful! In every way. The only part that was a little sad was no hot water when showering and never refilled the coffee. However the coffe was to die for at breakfast!!!"

"Stayed one night while attending a concert at the Three arena. The hotel was a 10/15 minute walk from the concert so great location for our requirements. There was some issue with the booking when we were checking in - hotel said it had been cancelled but they had availability and honoured our booking price. Rooms were nice and clean. Only complaint would be the lighting in the room wasn't great but that would be my only minor gripe. Other than that great and would definitely stay again."

"No hot water for two days. A bit of a nightmare. Staff a bit on the slow-side in dealing with this. It’s three days that Expedia’s customer support team are trying to contact them, without success. If you don’t encounter issues like mine, the place is fine, but if anything happens, they seem to be not trained to fix things quickly and in general terms, they admitted part of the building is a bit “problematic” when it comes to hot water. ( which is kind of crazy for a hospitality company, to admit )."

"For my purpose, the location of this hotel is very convenient. It is quite new, so everything worked impeccably. The room layout is novel - I loved it, but it may not be for everyone - check the pictures out carefully! The lobby is extremely nice and includes a full bar. I will 100% be back."

"This is a great affordable option to stay if you’re in Dublin. Unfortunately we were disturbed twice by an alarm going off in our room. The second time with it waking us up at 6am. The staff at check-in and check-out were lovely."
