My Family and me had a wonderful stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and very obliging. Our room was cosy hand absolutely enough space for the four of us. The hotel itself is really in the city centre and a lot of wonderful things, like Trinity College and Grafton Street are in walking distance. The breakfast was good, but could have had a little more variety.

The quad room was tight with two single beds and a double crammed into a small space. While the room was clean overall, the bathroom had an awful, heavy BO / dirty rag smell that lasted our entire stay. Restaurant was convenient but just okay. Staff were helpful and attentive.

It was a short overnight stay before heading to a morning flight. Check-in was quick. Friendly staff at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Good climate controls. The shower had good pressure and an excellent head. The toilet paper dispenser was a bit weird. All the other places we stayed in Ireland on our trip had toilet paper rolls. This one dispensed interfolded squares. Trivial, in the big picture, but still odd. Overall, I would recommend this for its value and location.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and updated. If you will need parking they have a deal with a local garage for 20 euros per day. Go to the hotel first and drop off your bags. Then go to the garage and walk back with the ticket. It's a 6 minute walk.

Location was convenient, rooms were quiet and main bed was comfortable. The ‘family room’ was literally 3 beds with no room for suitcases etc. No mini fridge or safe. There were areas that were dirty (lots of dust in bathroom, remote was very dirty).

Pictures online were misleading with the size of the rooms. The price was high for what you get as far as amenities, space, and location. The staff was always very friendly and helpful during our stay. We did have an issue with early check-in, we emailed months ahead a time asking if we could check in early and they responded saying we could just show up and pay an extra fee. When we got there the front desk said we would have needed to book and early check in ahead of time. The miscommunication led to some inconvenience with being able to freshen up after our flight. Overall the stay was comfortable, just a little over priced.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Waited 2 hours for food, 2 people never received food, completely wrong food delivered to the table and nothing arrived together. There was 6 of us, 2 had finished eating completely before the other ( wrong items) arrived. My poor kid was asleep at the table waiting for her food and just gave up on eating. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was delicious and great value.

Hadden een familie kamer geboekt voor 4 personen maar kregen een kamer voor 3 personen. Personeel bij de receptie vertelde me dat het mijn probleem was en die van Expedia. Dat was zeer treurig aangezien we wel voor een grotere kamer betaald hadden. Verder was het ontbijt goed, schone kamer en het hotel zat net buiten het centrum wat prima te lopen was. Alles was dus verder prima maar personeel was niet behulpzaam.

Très bel hôtel en centre ville bien placé et suffisamment à l'écart pour être au calme le soir de fête. Très bon accueil. Chambre propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt et étions très fatigués,ils ont tout fait pour que l'on ait notre chambre dès que possible pour pouvoir nous reposer. Je les remercie pour ça
