The Sunshine Beach Luxe Coastal Retreat

One of only 2 units in the complex, this property has everything you need for an amazing Noosa holiday you will not forget. Expertly designed by 'Casa Noosa' this home features modern coastal luxe furnishings, all new linen, stylish kitchen and open plan living. There are multiple balconies for those cooling ocean breezes and plenty of space over 2 levels for all the family or couples to relax and unwind.You can either enter via the secure pedestrian gate or the large garage with internal access to the ground level of the townhouse. Here you will find a comfortable second living area. There is a lovely private courtyard to the rear of the townhouse for balmy afternoon relaxation amid the lush tropical trees. There is a beautiful bedroom with single beds (that can convert to a king upon request) to the rear of the ground level. The master bathroom has a bath.

The first level comprises of the light and bright living and kitchen area with multiple balconies for those beautiful cooling ocean breezes. The kitchen with all mod cons flows to the lounge area with huge luxury couch and smart TV. There is an undercover balcony with alfresco dining from the lounge area. The master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite are also on the first level with a large garden view balcony and outdoor furniture.

The property is a 300m walk to Pilchers Gap beach access no. 34 and a 500m walk to the village.

There is A/C in both bedrooms and the main living area on the first levelAs our guest you have access to the entire property and secure garage.There is a double couch on the ground level should guests prefer a different bed configuration.

The two single beds can be converted to a king upon request.

Please advise 72 hours prior to arrival should you wish this to be made up.

No driveway parking at any time
Your garage is on the left - Unit 1. There is a remote control key to lock and unlock the garage, available in the key lock at the front entrance of the premises. Please use the remote control to access the garage and drive in to park your car. Additional cars can be parked on the street (street parking is free). Please ensure to park either in the garage or on the street - all driveway areas are a no parking zone to enable access for safe entry and departure for both units. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
