The Space:
Welcome to Seabreeze Sanctuary, as you step into this welcoming single-storey home, you’re greeted by a spacious open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The dining space and sunken lounge open onto the outdoor entertaining area, showcasing tranquil views of the sparkling natural chemical-free pool. The living room invites you to unwind with two plush chaise lounges, a smart TV, an air-conditioning unit, and a work-friendly desk complete with a monitor. Centrally positioned, the dining area sits adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the appliances you need to cook and feel right at home.

Outside, you’ll find a generous alfresco area with a dining table for eight and a BBQ, ideal for summer BBQs. To the side, a cosy outdoor lounge setting offers the perfect spot to relax and watch the family enjoy the pool. The large pool is a standout feature, perfect for hot days. For pet lovers, a grassy patch at the rear of the home offers space for your four-legged friend. Adventure awaits at the back of the home, borrow a canoe or stand-up paddle board and head just five minutes drive down the road to beautiful Currimundi Lake, where the flat waters are perfect for a paddle. Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): The lovely master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, desk, ensuite and wardrobe cupboard.

Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom 2: Furnished with a plush queen bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space, with sliding doors that open out to the pool/outdoor area.

Bathroom 2: The functional main bathroom is positioned near bedroom 2 and 3, featuring a bathtub, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom 3: The final bedroom is perfect for the kids with two single beds and two single trundles, a ceiling fan and wardrobe cupboard.

Laundry: Equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park two cars in the carport behind the front gate. There is also free street parking available.

The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Wurtulla and is positioned only a short cycle or a walk to the beautiful sands of Wurtulla Beach or Currimundi Lake. The home is perfectly positioned with easy access to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra or Kawana with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the apartment is approximately 450m to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for 1 dog - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
