"The hotel is really new and modern, and the staff are lovely. But overall it is COMPLETELY unprepared to handle the volume it is currently pushing with tour groups. Just two staff members and two printed menus to service the entire restaurant each evening. Tour groups all depart at approx the same time which means there is 120 people descending upon the restaurant for breakfast at once - again, it was completely unable to cope, with one poor guy rushing madly around trying to do everything. "Special props to the very attentive staff. Not only did they respond to any request, but they did so immediately. This is a one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at. The restaurant was wonderful. The only issue was with some electrical problem affecting the thermostat in my room which was quickly addressed. Very central location and an easy place to experiuence the many charms of Zagreb."
