Luxury villa Bracchia Magic Retreat II with heated pool, sauna, gym and jacuzzi on Brac is located in a settlement called Skrip on the island of Brac, only about 8 km away from the town of Supetar and about 4 km away from the nearest beach called Zastup, and Splitska and Nerezisca.



This island rental home was built on a plot with a total surface of 2 hectares within which there are 2 luxury villas with a total of 11 bedrooms that could be rented together for a larger group of friends and family rent. This feature is great for the organization of events and weddings for up to 50 people. The villas are surrounded by a large landscaped area within which there are: an organic chicken coop, organic garden, citrus orchard, lavander field, olive groove and a Mediterranean botanical garden with more than 180 plants.



The family villa on Brac has 700 m2 divided into two floors mutually interconnected by an indoor staircase and an elevator.

Outside of this Croatian holiday home, there is a private heated lap pool with a negative edge surrounded by sun loungers, a jacuzzi, an outdoor summer kitchen with a professional grill and pizza oven, and al-fresco dining area. There is also a beautifully landscaped garden with various fruits and vegetables.



The ground floor of this Dalmatian holiday villa is divided into 2 “suites”, each with a private living room area with TV and fireplace, an en-suite bathroom and a private exit to the landscaped garden. On the same floor there are: Office, a professional sous-chef kitchen, the main kitchen with a dining area, a dining room, a living room and a media room/study and a private home gym with a sauna in tower part of the villa. Two additional toilets, and a large open space area with a staircase is located on the ground floor, and the whole villa’s plan is built around an unique cloister – inner courtyard with a stone fountain and an ancient olive tree in its center. On the first floor of the villa, there is a tower bedroom and a master suite with 2 bedrooms with a shared terrace facing the pool area.



This luxury Brac villa is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms and central heating in the rest of the house. In this vacation home in Skrip there is free access to WI-FI and an LCD TV in the living room and in every bedroom. There is also private parking both in the garage and on the property.
