- Events are not allowed. Villa has a Magnapool (the latest pool technology with magnesium minerals). The boat is included in the price, Sea Ray Spx 230 model, for 10 people + skipper (guests pay only for fuel). Guests are provided with a transfer from the airport to the villa and back in a Mercedes V class (8 seats without driver). Only fuel is paid. The driver is included in the price and is available to guests for transportation to the beach and back, restaurant, sightseeing, shopping, transportation from the ferry to the villa, and back. Guests are obliged to purchase pedestrian tickets for the ferry.Price for 2027 includes:
Private Sea Ray 230 SPX yacht for daily use (10 guests plus skipper)
Dedicated driver and Mercedes V-Class available throughout the stay
