The beach is just a short walk away.  The living space features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor boasts one bedroom and one full bathroom and a spacious great room with panoramic views of the canal, accessible from the kitchen, dining, or living areas. There's also a cozy sitting area on the second floor with 2 additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The enclosed basement serves as a recreation room, complete with a pool table and TV. Front and back porches, along with decks, enhance the home's charm. Bed linens and Bath Mats provided for weekly rentals. No towels provided but can be rented.
