"Breakfast menu was varied. Reception staff were not helpful. Staff in restaurant good. Basic room., musty smell in the room. A C worked intermittently. And if you want to have a nap in the afternoon forget it. Constant noise of trailers pushed past the room, making sleep impossible. "

"Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. "

"Our stay at Hanuwant Niwas was absolutely fantastic! The property is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Mahinder at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. When he found out we were planning to go out for breakfast, he kindly offered us breakfast at the hotel instead. His warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch to our stay. The welcoming atmosphere and excellent service at Hanuwant Niwas really set it apart. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
