We are located in SURF BEACH PHILLIP ISLAND

COMFORTABLE COASTAL LIVING! This neat 2-bedroom bungalow is Ideal accommodation for families, couples and Solo's. A 600m walk and you’ll arrive at “SURFIES POINT”. You will feel most at home here with all LINEN AND BATH TOWELS included with your stay. PET FRIENDLY. Fully fenced and gated backyard for your furry friend to join in on the holiday.

We had such a good stay. Place is clean and great for families and Kim is helpful. Location is great and easy to navigate. Very near beaches and everything needed was near. Kids say they want to come back here again. Thank you for the welcome gifts!

Great location, cozy and comfortable house

Love the proximity of the house to the beaches and local shops. Rooms and entertaining area were excellent. Pet friendliness and safety is just cherry on the top.Highly recommend!

Dog friendly

An excellent choice as we were travelling with our dog. There was a secure back yard . It was in a quiet location and walking the dog was easy. If you want to stay in, there is an awesome takeaway pizza place within easy walking distance.

Beautiful beach stay

A lovely bungalow only 5 or so minute walk to the beach. Secure yard, handy parking and ideal amenities. Comfy beds, a great kitchen and air conditioning was very much appreciated. We loved our stay at Beachly bungalow 2.

Relaxing pet friendly stay

Lovely pet friendly getaway. Kim was very responsive to all messages and bungalow had all we needed including milk and coffee and some little treats :) Great yard for a dog and dog also welcome indoors. Very clean environment for humans and pets. Highly recommend.

Just right

This was a great location for myself and my son to stay at. An easy walk to the beach for low tide rock pool exploring and a quick drive to all of the fabulous places Phillip Island has to offer. A great bungalow that had everything we needed and was super comfy.

Great cosy villa in central location

My teenage son and I came for a surfing competition, and loved our stay. The villa was clean and light and had everything we needed. Was in a good central spot for exploring the island, and reasonably close to the beach. The weather was terrible when we came, and the villa had heating and was nice and cosy.

Surf Beach treasure

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything we could want was provided. We enjoyed several walks, bike rides and bbq's. Far away enough from the madness of Cowes and the crowds. The beach is only about a 600m walk and we saw many stunning sunsets. We even saw a Ukulele group playing at the beach carpark.

Tidy villa in a good location

We really enjoyed our week stay at this villa. It was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The beach wasn’t a far walk and we enjoyed our walks along the esplanade with our dog. Great secure dog friendly yard too! It was far enough off the highway that it wasn’t too noisy. We’ll be back to stay again!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. In close proximity of everything you would want to do on the island all while feeling in a nice and quiet, remote area. The price is well justified by the attention to detail and extras provided. Great indoor and outdoor area, and most improtantly, roaming bunnies at night, what more could you want!

Surf 🏄‍♂️ retreat

Really comfortable and lovely to stay in, as well as perfectly positioned to access all the good surf breaks on the Island. Kids loved the PS2, all the DVDs and board games. Dog loved being included. Washing machine and clothes line great. Really helpful property manager.

Awesome break away

There is nothing that disappointed me, if anything l was amazed at everything that was supplied in the unit. Quite area, easy access to the beach, pet friendly area. Middle of everywhere l wanted to go while on the island. Had the best break away and feel so lucky that l booked this unit. Kim has certainly made sure you felt at home while away. Will certainly be rebooking hopefully each year.

Ideally situated for sightseeing!

My husband and I, together with our indoors-only rescue cat, enjoyed staying at Kim's property. It was ideally situated for us to do all our planned sightseeing on Phillip Island with everything just minutes away. Aside from it being very convenient, the house was in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood so it was very relaxing in the evenings. Inside it was clean and well-maintained plus comfortable. There was nothing to fault and we would happily recommend this property to others.

Wonderful accommodation!

I shouldn't be leaving a review like this, as we intend returning and it might encourage more people to stay at Kims place, thus making it harder for us to book in the future. BUT Kims place delivered in spades. It suited us perfectly. Slightly off the highway so noise was at minimum, many condiments etc provided along with a welcoming bottle of red, very fresh and clean, wifi and TV, lots of pillows, easy parking, and no "house rules" posters in our face. If you decide to visit, please treat Kims place with respect as he provides great accommodation and a great service. cheers Peter
