Your coastal escape awaits! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just 10 minutes from the sand, surf, shopping, and dining. Sip your coffee or unwind on the private second-floor balcony overlooking a peaceful pond. Full kitchen, comfy living space, and all the essentials for your beach getaway. Note: No pool access per HOA rules, but the ocean is calling—and it’s just a short drive away!
