Our Villa is a Top Floor End Unit that is elevator accessible and boasts 1630 sq ft. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths Sleeps 6 comfortably. This bright and beautifully furnished Villa includes upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Beautiful granite center island/breakfast bar with 4 stools and dining area with large dining set. Master King bedroom with large screen TV and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity sinks. Living room with vaulted ceilings and 65" TV and balcony overlooking an on-site golf course. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a pocket door that creates an additional private en-suite. 3rd Bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable chaise chair and large screen TV. In Unit washer and dryer. Inflatable Queen Size air mattress also available upon request for additional guests. Ample free parking on site. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pool as well as fitness center and large outdoor BBQ area. Pickle ball courts, driving range, foot golf, miniature golf along with a full executive golf course and a par 3 course also included within Tupelo Bay grounds. Leave all bedding on the beds. Please leave bath towels in the bathrooms. Please wash and dry all beach/pool towels prior to departure.
Please set thermostat to 75 and ensure all windows are closed. Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
Please put dirty dishes(not coffee pot filter) in dishwasher and run a regular cycle. Please take all garbage out to dumpster across parking lot. Please return all beach items to hall closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
