Private 2 Bedroom Condo 5 Minutes from the Beach!

Enjoy your beach vacation only minutes from the beach. With your own private condo and spacious living accommodations. Here at Villas on the green you also have access to an outdoor pool right outside your door! The community is very laid back and quiet, perfect for your ideal vacation. Less then a mile from Kinds Highway, "The Strand", where you'll have plenty of options for dining, gift shops, and more. The Condo has internet, smart tv's and its own washing machine and dryer and full kitchen.

Pool is open from 9am-11pm

Please know this Condo is up a single flight of stairs, it’s a short flight but if you are unable to go up stairs please do not book this rental.

Grills: Charcoal grills are provided for all guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage.

Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.

Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
