Surf Harbor 204 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condominium located on the second level and only 0.6 miles south of the Surfside Pier. This 1300-sq unit has been professionally decorated and upgraded with luxurious granite countertops, new furnishings, and flat-screen TV’s in the living area and each bedroom. Enjoy your favorite meal around the gathering table that perfectly complements the unit and comfortably seats six. Take in breathtaking ocean views from the living area, master bedroom, and furnished porches. Surf Harbor features parking for one vehicle, a gorgeous shared pool for you and your family to enjoy, and easy beach access.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Great location - 3rd bedroom tiny - limited parking

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Condo was comfortable other than 3rd bedroom - which was designed to sleep 3 people (a single over double bunk) - way too small for that many people plus had no closet, no ceiling fan - maybe ok for little kids but don't plan for grown ups to stay in that room. Also disappointed with limited parking - condo sleeps 9 people but only has 1 on site parking spot. When I called property company for recommendations on other parking options, they didn't respond. Finally, I made the reservation on VRBO and it wasn't at all clear that a property mgt company was the host and that they wouldn't accept my VRBO reward points. So the trip ended up costing $200.00 more than expected. I would recommend the unit b/c of its location and general comfort but not for more than 4 people (2 couples or couple plus 2 children).
