Surfside Landing 101 is an ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in Surfside Beach with a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room combo and private balcony. Accommodating 4 there's 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Landscaped grounds surround an ocean front pool and a walkway to the beach over the dunes. Also there is an outdoor charcoal grill for guests. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Parking is limited. No recreational vehicles or golf carts allowed on the premises of any condominium complex.

Surfside Landing is located 1.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfside Landing to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.
