"Muy bien ubicado, cerca de los parques de Universal, incluso se puede ir caminando. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena, especialmente si no quieres gastar demasiado en hotel cuando visitas Orlando. El servicio es excelente y las habitaciones son buenas."

"The property has a great location and the room was very spacious. We stayed 4 days, no housekeeping at all. No amenities of any kind. All furniture in the room was worn and dated (ehat furniture ther was). It all had stains, scuffs and looked like something someone would leave on a curb fir the trash. There was a small kitchenette area with a sink,fridge and microwave. Everything was dirty, stained and looked old. There was residue (soot) from a fire on the shower walls and when I took a shower it smelled like fire. The curtains were broken and would not close all the way. Not the first bad place I have stayed in and I would usually just talk with them about it and leave it be but when I tried to talk to the front desk person she was very rude and dismissive. The man who checked us in was very friendly and nice."

"Only thing was the ocean front only has a balcony that you can stand up on not big enough for a chair if you want a balcony with chairs get a ocean view room still a awesome view of the ocean 👍"

"Property is dirty, there is no security to walk in the hotel and giving anyone access to the pool, beach and elevators… there was live music and the police was called to remove a random person that was not part pf the hotel. The hotel and the room was not clean. We travel a lot for work and pleasure, we picked Crown Plaza this time to enjoy beach and pool, but it was very crowded, dirty and uncomfortable. We did not enjoy our staying."
