"Property is great. Building, was good. Beach access and staff at the beach were great. In-fact the staff at the beach were the best part of the staffing experience at this hotel. Front desk was not friendly, restaurant were ok, bar tender was very good.
Room was quite tired and the plumbing was very poor. Shower flooded, water pressure in the sinks were terrible. It all needs maintenance badly. Mattress was good. Pricing for a coffee at the coffee shop was crazy expensive and the staff...

The property was conveniently located near a Whole Foods Market, a pharmacy and Denny's, and an interesting array of chickens and ducks lived nearby. The outdoor pool was very inviting, and I enjoyed using the fitness center. I definitely plan to return the next time I visit Miami!"
