The room was larger than normal for London. It was comfortable and quiet. The staff were quite accommodating, very pleasant all the way around. Breakfast was wonderful. The lifts were quick.

Hotel was convenient and room had everything we needed.
Breakfast was very good with great choice.
The young man on concierge was very polite and helpful (sorry didn’t get name)
