Comfort! New build suite in South Surrey/White Rock. Totally private with door in the garden smart lock access into your own suite with your beautiful patio! Bedroom and living room are very warm. One Queen in the bedroom. Spacious living with new shower washroom, living, dining, kitchen area. Short or long stays in lovely area 3 minutes driving to Walmart , superstore , restaurants, shops, clinic . Quiet hosts live separate upstairs in house, no shared spaces!

Small issue

A small issue with the toilet. Sometimes the water would keep running and we had to jiggle the lever to make it stop.Overall extremely happy with the rental.

This was a great little space - it worked well for my husband and I. I would rate as excellent except for the fact that we had spotty (at best) internet connection. My husband was not able to use his phone at all - no texts, no phone calls. Mine cut out regularly and we could not rely on when texts would arrive (either to or from us). We had to go outside to the far corner of the yard to get this service. It was difficult to connect with the people we were in town to see. The deck in the backyard was fine except that it had one dirty glass table on it and nothing to sit on. The inside of the suite was lovely and clean. The yard and street were nice, felt like a safe neighborhood. Very quiet.
