Detached house on the river within walking distance of the village and ski lifts

Bivio is in the ELA park and is the perfect starting point for ski tours and mountain hikes. The small but fine ski area is very snow reliable due to its high altitude. The well-run ski school also offers ski courses for the youngest on the "magic carpet". Once you have arrived, you no longer need your car, since shopping, ski lifts, indoor swimming pool, SPA facilities, restaurants and bars are all within a 5-minute walk. With the included guest card, postbus connections to the Juliers pass and to Salouf behind Savognin are free. Already the road guidance is an impressive experience in the Postbus and the return trip to Bivio after a mountain tour without a car is possible.
The rental property was expanded in 1991 and renovated in 2018 and is located on the ground floor. The interior is made of wood with electrical water and floor heating. The apartment is divided into two main rooms. A bedroom with two single beds and a cabin bed for two adults. The living and dining room is prepared with two beds for adults. The kitchen equipment is designed for at least 6 people. A stove with oven and a filter coffee and a Nespresso capsule machine are ready. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and a small washing machine for in between. The associated property extends as far as the Julia River and invites you to build a snow hut in the snow and to enjoy the fresh scents of Alpine herbs in summer.
