Lava Guesthouse

10/10 Excellent

"it is right in the center of this beautiful small town on the island of Westman. The room was spacious since we booked a family room. It was on the first floor but was very quiet at night. The kitchen was really nice with everything you need. You could walk everywhere from this place. We took the host's recommendation: We went to the town pool that has 3 hot tubs and an indoor swimming pool as well as a steam room. We also went to the next door Gott for dinner. A great place to stay if you want to visit this wonderful island."

"Great location to use as a base for our visit of the islands. We rented the full apartment but it was apparent it could also be used as two separate rooms rented out with a shared bathroom- so one bedroom was actually the kitchenette. Just need to be aware if you actually plan to use the kitchen that it is a bedroom! On street parking . Never saw the owner but comunication was great through Expedia app."

"This place was so cute! Woke up in the morning to open the blinds with horses outside my window. Be sure to call to get the code for the lock box that your key is in. We showed up when it was dark. I was not completely sure which cottage was mine, but figured it out because it was the only one with the lights out. My other tip would be to pack a towel if you plan on staying here."
