Always a relaxing place. I stayed there about 6 weeks ago and the mattress in room 204 was great! This time, room 209, the mattress felt worn and lumpy. Ouch to the lower back. Besides that, a good stay and great coffee!

We’ve stayed a couple times and both times the staff has been very pleasant. They are smiling, friendly and helpful which sadly isn’t as common in the hospitality industry as it once was. Both the hotel and the casino have great customer service. Thank you! We will definitely stay again on the next trip through.

This was a quick stopover for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Casinos do not interest me, but it was affordable for a good sleep. The trail system in town was amazing, and an easy walk along the lovely Susan River was a good way to relax after a long drive.

excellent customer service at coffee station near front desk; excellent customer service at front desk. room was basic but clean and amenities in room were nice - a coffee maker would have been nice - that was odd that there wasn't one.

Nice coffee stand in the lobby, convenient. Room was comfortable and cleaning. Better parking for separating hotel guest and casino patrons would be nice. Property is a bit dated and worn, could use some renovations.
