"Overall we were pleased. We had never stayed at a Surestay property before. We were disappointed about the breakfast voucher. We don’t normally take time for a leisurely breakfast when we travel. So this arrangement would not be our personal preference."

"The rooms at Drakesbad are basic but do have a sink and toilet. The shower block is about 100 yards away. The food is very good and 3 meals per day included. The trails are overgrown and it is about 1.5 hours drive to the main park entrance and trails like bumpass. It is a nice place to get away from it all and the staff is very friendly"

"Room was clean. Breakfast was awesome. And staff was wonderful. My only comment is that mattress and pillows are due for replacement in the Meadow View Suite. Other than that it was a wonderful two days!"
