The total area of the property is 1000 m2 and is only 80 meters away from the nearest sea. It's an excellent opportunity for family gatherings and swimming in the pristine Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 16 people, with an optimal number of 12. Guest accommodation is in 6 comfortable bedrooms with double beds (200x200). If needed, 2 folding sofas (160x200) are available as additional beds.

Additionally, the villa has 5 private bathrooms with showers and one regular bathroom with a bathtub. Villa Clementine consists of the first floor, 1st and 2nd floors, where you have plenty of space for relaxation and family gatherings. On the 1st floor, there is a living room with a dining area, as well as the mentioned 4 bedrooms.

On the 2nd floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, one of which has a living room. The villa has a sea view from the living room and bedrooms, and two bedrooms on the 1st floor do not have a sea view. On the outdoor terrace, there is a 32 m2 pool with a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it are 5 sun loungers and a charcoal or wood barbecue. The terrace also has an outdoor dining table, which is a great place to socialize with family and friends.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and iron. There are also two separate toilets and a feeding trough, as well as a baby cot. In the courtyard of Villa Clementine, there are 3 private parking spaces. Entertainment facilities that will delight both young and old include table tennis and satellite TV. Sutivan is a village on the northwest coast of the island of Brač, just 7 km west of Supetar. Sutivan stretches along the sea and offers its guests perfect places for relaxation and entertainment. In the town and its surroundings, there are gravel and sandy beaches. Moreover, Sutivan is a place where both families with children and the younger generation can find something for relaxation and fun!
