"Excellent hotel, it sits on the top of the hill that overlooks the city. The room was very comfortable and we happen to also have a private osen inside our bathroom in the balcony which was amazing. I recommend getting the room with breakfast. The city doesn't open early as most restaurant in the city opens in the afternoon. Unless your planning to skip breakfast I highly recommend you get breakfast option with your reservation. The hotel restaurant opens at 8pm, if your an early eater like myself, there are plenty of restaurants in the city that is about 8 minute downhill walk to that has plenty of options. The only downside of this hotel, is the shuttle bus that it offers does not go to any of the ski-resorts. You will need to take the ski resort shuttle that is pre-determine around the city. Otherwise, they offer shuttle to the train station. "

"Nice big room! In room bath/spa was very nice! Modern and luxurious hotel! Private onsen/bath/sauna rooms were very clean and nice!"

"If a room has a shared toilet and bath, then they should say this clearly. They do not. It's rather expensive considering that the toilet is down the hall and shared with everyone else. "

"Everything you need and nothing that you don't. Just beware that in could only find one place for dinner in the area and bring breakfast."
