She went above and beyond to help me recover a suitcase I accidentally left on the bus from Shinjuku. She was warm, professional, calm, and proactive, immediately contacting the bus company and station to assist me. Her excellent communication skills and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. She is truly an outstanding employee and a great representative of the hotel.
