"The only negative aspect that I care to mention is that the room I had on the 2nd floor was not as quiet as expected. I could hear my neighbor next door in the bathroom and my upstairs neighbor walking around. They weren't doing anything crazy so the room could use better spund isolation. "

It was our special anniversary vacation, and this team went out of their way to make sure every aspect of our visit went as smoothly as possible. They are all kind and warm in their interactions with guests and provided vast knowledge of tour packages and local amenities which made our stay smooth and interesting. The Villas are kept in wonderful condition and are set in a very private, relaxing and scenic environment. While this Villa only has a couple of rooms with views. What sets our stay apart here was the warm and excellent care of our team on our visit each and every day without exception. The kitchen staff go out of their way to ensure the food is delicious and might even mix up the menu for you if you stay long enough to keep things interesting. Shuttles and poolside massages are all well organized in a timely manner. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable visit! We are sure to recommend this resort to our friends and family for a relaxing stay in the Ubud area. It's in a prime location near the centre of Ubud and is in a great location to reach most attractions on the entire island of Bali in a reasonable time. We hope to return here in the near future. "Our room was clean and spacious. Wifi and smart tv worked well. The property itself is very Balinese which I loved. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is its a distance. "
