So welcoming our family loved the place

The check in and evening team are especially wonderful, so welcoming especially for foreigners. Made us feel very welcome including showing us to our rooms. Shuttle service to/from Everland operated by the hotel is excellent in a modern Hyundai van. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, though not a lot of options in evening. Would definitely recommend for those travelling to Everland and surrounding area.

호텔 운영팀 꼭 읽어보시고 개선 바랍니다.

욕실에 곰팡이 많고 샤워기호스에 머리카락 뭉탱이 걸려있고 배게에 머리카락 있었음 들어가자마자 천정에 벌레한마리 잡았구요 욕실보고 침대 이불 덮지도 않고 위에서 잤습니다. 와이프는 무섭다고 샤워부스 들어가지도 않았고 아이는 씻기지도 못하고 잠만자고 나왔어요 주차할곳도 없고 한화콘도 2틀 자고 서울오기전 하루 잤는데 마지막날 기분잡쳤음 청결상태가 참. 호텔이 맞는지 피곤하니 잠만자고 나왔음 어딜가나 애때문에 조식먹는데 먹을 엄두도 안남 평점이 괜찮아서 예약했는데 나만당할수 없다 일부러들 그런건지 하아~~ (사진 많은데 다른분들 정신건강을 생각해 올리지는 않겠음)

Stay here if you are not picky.

If you are looking for a hotel near Everland, this is the place. And the staffs are very nice and kind. But that’s it. There were dirty spots right above the headboard. And the hair conditioner was like hell. Wasn’t it supposed to be silky?? I had to pump some time because maybe the amount of the soap wasn’t enough but it wasn’t. Just bring your own hair conditioner. And I don’t recommend you purchase the breakfast if you are non-Korean. It seems everyday same manu and not many choice. It’s mainly focus to Korean. And about the pool, they open 11am to 6pm so if you are planing to go to pool, don’t go out for other activity because that’s the only time that you can use the pool. And the ppl upstairs, there were so loud and their foot step sound was so bad. So I had to complain to the counter. But like I said above, the staffs are really nice and kind, so they offered me changing room.

청결상태 엉망입니다

소독냄새 엄청심하게나면서 전체적인 청결상태는 별하나도 아깝네요;; 욕실의 벽면과샤워기는 곰팡이 투성이고 냄새가너무심해 문열려다 깜놀 방충망의 먼지와 커텐이 시커멓고 벌레도 기어다니고 윗방의 발망치소리 하며 하나마음에 드는 부분이 없네요~~ 여기예약하시는분은 한번더 생각해보심이~ 단하나 장점은 에버랜드에서 가깝다 그거하나 이구요 돈아까워서 잠만자고 아침일찍 퇴실했습니다 부디 이런글 관계자분들 보시고 개선되었으면 하네요~~숙박요금을 받으면서 최소한의 청결은 되어있어야 되지않나요? 아토피 딸램은 샤워도 안했어요;;

Great stay!

Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member.

에버랜드 방문 후 밤늦게 호텔로 갔는데 거리가 너무 가까워서 좋았어요. 프론트 직원들이 약간 불친절? 말걸기 무서운 말투 였는데 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아니었어요. 수건에 냄새?가 나서 조금 찝찝했지만 지저분하진 않았어요.

직원 분들도 너무 친절하시고 조식 식당 분위기도 진짜 좋아요. 아침에 눈이 엄청 왔는데 진짜 행복했어요. 폰 충전기도 대여할 수 있고 요리도 해먹을 수 있고 양옆이 다 자연경관이라 마음도 편안해요. 에버랜드랑 케리비안베이 1박2일 루트로 다녀오느라 묵었는데, 다음에도 여기 가려고요.

깨끗하고 만족스런 숙소

가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 디럭스트윈인데 타호텔 패밀리트윈처럼 더블+싱글이어서 더 편했고 객실도 넓었습니다. 카펫아닌 마루라 더욱 좋았구요 에버랜드픽업서비스로 편하게 에버랜드 오갈 수 있었고 픽업기사님께서 엄청 친절하셨습니다.
