"Top hotel on the seafront in Rapallo. The breakfast was plentiful and the view to die for. The perfect location within easy walking distance of everything. Staff were warm and friendly. If you're in Rapallo, look nowhere else."

"I would like to thank the staff at this hotel for making our stay so memorable. Everyone from front desk to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful . Our room had a fabulous view of the bay, so beautiful. Location is great, just a 10 minute leisurely walk to train station. Bed was comfy . The only negative thing about room was the location of A/C unit which blows right at the bed. I already have sinus issues and this was a challenge as rooms do get warm. Breakfast was very expansive and varied and delicious. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with the noise in our room. We called about the issue several times but was not given a solution or returned call on the matter. We stayed 5 nights and I did not get one night of good sleep. I was surprised how it was handled for a 5 star hotel, Everything else was fine."
