The check in was a bit not too smooth. After pressing the pass code, the front still not open (after 5 pm). Lucky a European man (guest) open the door for us and even show us how to get to our room. The room was big and cozy, the kitchen was well equip. Overall, I love this apartment as it is so near to Lordi Square and Santa Village. We took Uber (€19) for 3 person and it only 15 min ride.

housekeeping service was very bad they didnt clean the room and fix rhe room properly linen was super dirty but they didnt changed they didnt put tea bags n all room no slippers in room ….reception people are also ok they r also not so copperative didnt give any room service food n all we asked they denied only opstion is go to reception lobby they not cooperative ….. resort is really nice i like the view n all rooms everything was good but service is bad….

The Svanstein Lodge has lots of different room options -- we went with the "cottage," which had a bedroom, living room, and bathroom -- the living room was a nice touch! Wifi signal seemed strong throughout the property. The property is pretty and easy to find. Make sure you read "the fine print" ...
