You have a large private outdoor pool at your disposal, where you can really relax while you sunbathe and take a refreshing dip in the cold water. In the garden you will find all kinds of activities, including a play area with a slide, swing, trampoline and climbing frame for your children, as well as volleyball and badminton nets for more active hours of the day. Do you organise billiards and darts tournaments where the loser has to do the washing up? The interior is decorated in a modern and stylish style. This two-storey house offers you plenty of space to retreat, spend time together or enjoy the sun and the view of the surroundings together on the balcony.



In just 19 minutes you can reach the town of Biograd, which is an ideal destination for an excursion to a coastal town with countless restaurants and boutiques as well as the typical Coratian flair. In the immediate vicinity you can find a riding stables, boat tours and the beach which is only 2.5 km away from your house.
