  • Welcome to our beautiful holiday home located in the peaceful and picturesque Istrian village of Sveti Lovreč, the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday filled with comfort and privacy.
    The house is surrounded by a spacious fenced garden, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with sun loungers, ideal for cooling off during warm summer days. The covered terrace with a barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining and spending pleasant evenings with family and friends.
    The property is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. The first floor features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
