Private: property 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 27 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 19.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 7.8 km, rocky beach 25 km. Private: outdoor kitchen (2 hot plates, refrigerator).

Wundervolles Haus mit eigenem Pool

Wundervolles und modernes Haus mit eigenem Pool. Sehr chic und funktionell eingerichtet. Besonders hat uns die ruhige Lage gefallen und der Blick über die angrenzenden Grünflächen. Wir wollten uns einfach mal ohne Touristenmassen erholen. Das hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich - waren aber auf Wunsch schnell erreichbar.

Ne pas hésiter !

Nous avons loué la maison 3 semaines cet été 2019. Elle est très propre et fonctionnelle. Un appenti couvert permet à l'arrière de la maison de garer 2 véhicules. Un espace couvert avec cuisine d'été et barbecue permet de manger dehors à l'abris de la chaleur. Un autre espace couvert avec salon d'été canapé , table basse et transats se situe à côté de la piscine :cela permet de profiter de la piscine tout en étant protégé du soleil. Parfait ! La piscine est très propre et dotée d'une douche. Elle est nettoyée chaque jour par Aldo le propriétaire. Aldo est très gentil, accueillant et sympathique. La maison est située pile au centre de l'Istrie près de Pazin, dans un hameau très calme et sans vis à vis. Ce qui permet de visiter tous les sites de cette belle région sans trop faire de route (30 min à moins d'une heure maximum pour rejoindre les villes de bord de mer). La région est magnifique. La maison et la piscine sont très agréables. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Vous pouvez louer cette villa les yeux fermés !

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern und Freunden da. Die Vermieter Familie war sehr lieb und hat uns eine tolle Zeit beschert. Der Pool und das Haus waren sehr sauber, der Garten mehr als gepflegt. Alles Brauchbare war vorhanden, auf Nachfrage gab es sofort Geschirrspültabs. Es war wirklich für alles gesorgt, liebevoll und kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Reisetipps: Wir sind nicht die besten Tippgeber, haben uns verschiedene Orte in Istrien angeguckt. Mit den Kindern waren wir viel am Wasser und haben nicht zu viel Zeit in den Innenstädten und an kulturellen Ort verbracht

auch wenn etwas abgelegen im g...

auch wenn etwas abgelegen im geographischen Zentrum Istriens, die Gastfreundschaft der Familie "..." kompensiert erheblich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und werden das Domizil auch im Freundes– und Bekanntenkreis sehr empfehlen. Reisetipps: ganz in der Nähe Konoba "Vela Vrata" in Beram, sehr gut. Das im Prospekt genannte Restaurant Jelenic soll "..." nicht so gut sein. Ansonsten gibt es genügend Broschüren über gute Konobas, Agroturizams und Restaurants in der Nähe. Öffnungszeiten beachten! Auch der Vermieter kann Empfehlungen aussprechen, denen man folgen sollte.

Sehr großzügiges Objekt mit modern–praktischer Ausstattung. Es findet sich immer ein Schattenplatz und meist weht durch die Lage auch bei größter Hitze etwas Wind. Sehr herzliche – und doch dezente Vermieter. Supermärke gibt es im nahen Pazin. Reisetipps: Haus liegt fast exakt in der geografischen Mitte Istriens; dadurch sind Strände und touristische Highlights zeitnah erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung besonders sehenswert: die Ruinen von Dvigrad und das bezaubernde Gracisce. Wer auf richtige Höhlensteht, sollte in Istrien verzichten und einen Tagesausflug nach Slowenien machen (Postojna oder – noch besser – Skocjan)

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à cet endroit, l'accueil des propriétaires et leur gentillesse. Situation rurale mais très centrale pour visiter l'Istrie. Très propre, à recommander.
