Charming Villa with private pool in heart of Istria

Charming villa with large well-maintained garden and pool, ideal for 8 people. The big garden has a barbecue and large (32m2) swimming pool. The interior offers 4 modern double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a large spacious living room with a couch (Sofa bed for extra person) and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace and the garden are equipped with seating garniture. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has parking in front of the house for multiple cars.

Villa Stella is located in the small village of Paradiž (Paradise), in heart of the nature and just 15-minute drive to the most beautiful natural beaches and national park Brijuni. The whole village is very luxury, acting as a closed community, giving you a great feeling and safety, All villas are made in traditional Istrian way - stone houses with modern interior design and new furnishing that gives high comfort. Private swimming pool and garden area makes You feel like at home during relaxing vacations.

Around the house you have plenty option for sports. Villa in surrounded by nature and small forest while being well hidden from the main roads. The area is especially suitable for sport enthusiasts, such as runners and cyclists. Istria offers many great roads for road cycling, giving you opportunity to train and experience Istria in best way.
With just 5 min drive, You can find some of best historical sites, such as Cathedral of Vodnjan (Dignano), and going to the coast, You will reach one of the most beautiful natural parks in Croatia called Brijuni. You will need to take small boat from Fazana to Brijuni as entire area of national park is located on amazing islands.

Erholung im Paradise

Unser Aufenthalt war so wie wir es erwartet hatten. In unserer Unterkunft war alles an alltäglichen Gebrauchsgegenständen vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist nur leider für 8 Personen etwas zu klein, wir waren 6 Personen und auch da war es etwas knapp. Eine Klimaanlage war in bis auf einem Zimmer überall vorhanden. Der Garten war gut gepflegt und wurde sogar während unseren Aufenthaltes in Schuss gehalten. Der Pool wurde aller 2 Tage vom "Pool-Boy" gereinigt. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Ferienanlage "Paradize Villas". Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und liegt auch von der Straße entfernt, sodass man keinerlei Verkehr hört. Lediglich andere Urlauber, sprich Nachbarn hört man im Pool planschen. Die Ferienanlage verfügt über einen Spielplatz und einem Tennisplatz inklusive Basketballkorb, der genug Raum für sportliche Aktivitäten lässt. Es war ein Top-Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
