The private property is 1,500 m², with parking available.The surroundings of Svetvinčent, a gem of Istrian tourism and culture dominated by the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, offer additional attractions and opportunities to explore history in a fun way, suitable for the whole family.Cities such as Pula, Rovinj, Rabac, Poreč, and Fažana are 20–30 minutes away by car, and food lovers can sample local wines, olive oil, and traditional specialties in nearby wineries and olive groves.
