Although the house is not air-conditioned, the thick stone walls keep it cool even on hot days.

    The holiday home is conveniently located for exploring all of Istria. You can reach the beaches of Fažana (Brijuni Islands), Peroj or Barbariga by about 15 km, and you can visit Rovinj (about 20 km) or other charming towns in the region. In Svetvincenat (8 km), for example, concerts and performances are always held in the beautiful castle during the summer.

    The first minimarket is 3 km away, as are a bar and a restaurant. The ATM, post office and doctor's surgery can be found in Vodnjan or Sanvincenti (both about 8 km away). There is a large supermarket in Vodnjan.
