It is set in a sunny location, surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a large pool with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.The town center is only 200 meters from the villa, where you will find local shops, pizzerias, restaurants, and cafés. Svetvinčenat is also home to one of the most famous Istrian castles, the Morosini-Grimani Castle, known for its attractive events and activities.The villa is also an excellent starting point for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only about 20 minutes away by car. Besides enjoying the villa’s amenities, guests can explore the rich surroundings – visit historical landmarks, stroll through picturesque towns such as Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj, Rovinj, and Pula. In addition, during the season, guests can enjoy cultural events, festivals, and concerts, enriching their stay in Istria.
