Villa Ljubica (Istria - Klarići)

Charming Villa Ljubica is located in the small Istrian village of Klarići, and its interior exudes the warmth and charm of traditional Istria.The villa’s grounds cover 1,819 m² and offer activities for all ages: a trampoline, slide, and swings for children, and a volleyball net for older guests. For relaxation and refreshment, there is a large private swimming pool of 40 m².The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, and access to a large terrace. On the ground floor, there are four spacious bedrooms, each with access to the terrace and pool, and three of them have en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi and access to a large balcony with a stunning view of the Mediterranean landscape. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.Nearby, only 200 m from the villa, is a traditional Istrian tavern, while Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, Rabac, and other famous Istrian towns are about a 30-minute drive away. Almost all beaches in Istria can be reached within 20–30 minutes by car. Distances: gas station 7700m, restaurant 350m, shop 2600m, center 2600m, sea 13400m, beach 13400m, airport 20500m.
