The beautiful and charming Villa Malena is located in a small village in central Istria and can accommodate up to 6 + 1 people. The villa is a single-storey house and consists of an open plan living area, kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining area. From the living area you have direct access to the pool. In the large house you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located in the pool house. The entire villa is furnished in a charming country house style. In the garden there is an outdoor dining area with a traditional stone barbecue. There are also 3 bicycles at your disposal. Villa Malena is surrounded by old olive trees and offers peace and quiet and is the ideal place to relax from the stress of everyday life.

Villa Malena is located in a small village in the southern part of Istria called Jursici.

This villa offers peace and quiet, but at the same time is not too far away from larger tourist centers. The first beach is only 15 km away and is located in the idyllic fishing village of Fazana, known for its rich gastronomic offer and olive oil. In Pula (approx. 20 km) and Rovinj (approx. 30 km) you will find numerous tourist amenities such as bars, restaurants and cafés. Not to forget the picturesque medieval villages of Svetivincenat, Vodnjan and Bale, which are filled with picturesque squares, narrow stone streets and cozy taverns, bars and stores.

In addition to cultural and historical beauties, this region offers an exceptional gastronomic experience that you can enjoy in the many nearby restaurants, taverns and local cellars.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Das 3. Schlafzimmer liegt separat in einem kleinen Nebenhäuschen, ideal für Teenager.Es gibt einen schönen Pool direkt am Haus, diese Lage ist perfekt, um die Kinder im Auge zu behalten, auch wenn man mal drinnen ist.Zudem gibt es einen offenen Grill, den wir oft genutzt und sehr genossen haben.Wunderschön sind auch die Olivenbäume im Garten, die zum einen Schatten spenden und zum anderen einfach schön anzusehen sind..Die Gastgeberin Silva hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und gekühlte Getränke und Obst bereitgestellt.Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist fussläufig, andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe und war eine herrliche Abkühlung. Im Haus gab es eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie zwei wunderschöne Schlafzimmer. TV gibt es auch auf Deutsch, sodass man sich abneds gemütlich auf die Couch lümmeln konnte. Mit dem WLAN hat auch alles perfekt funktioniert. Also wenn man die Abende lieber im Außenbereich verbringen will und dort gemütlich eine Serie über den Laptop oder das Handy gucken möchte, kann man das perfekt umsetzen! Der Außenbereich ist im Allgemeinen sehr schön, man kann sich perfekt die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge angucken. Ein Poolhaus gibt es auch noch mit Schlaf+Badezimmer und einer Außenküche, was wir natürlich ausgekostet haben! Die Vermieterin Silva hat uns einen liebevollen Empfang bereitet mit ein paar abkühlenden Leckereien im Kühlschschrank. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder dort buchen. Die Villa ist einfach nur zu empfelen!
