Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Situated in a lovely village, on the edge of the Gower, this 16th-century, terraced house, with lawned gardens to the front and rear, is ideally located for those wanting to explore the Gower, sandy beaches and coastal paths. This wonderful property offers a cosy living room, where you can cuddle up in front of the electric fire, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, so you can cook up a treat for all the family to enjoy. Murton has a variety of local shops and a pub which serves food just 100 yards away. For those who enjoy golf, there is the golf course at Langland Bay with fantastic views over the Gower Peninsula. This property is great for those that want to enjoy cycling, walking, fishing and horse riding, or simply sit back and watch village life go by. Beach 1½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
