Cute little cottage

Stayed for work but was welcomed by a charming location with a quiet night sleep and a nice layed out room with everything I need for breakfast set for me. Would stay again should I be visiting the area again

Quite remote but quiet.

Do not attempt to go there in a sports car. The track is a little rough, But the house and room are comfortable and I have to say the breakfast was super cereals tea coffee toast eggs if wanted and plenty of milk and juices.

Very quiet rural setting. Interesting to see lama's and water buffalo wandering around the car park. Peaceful place to stay. A bit off the beaten track but worth it.

I stayed in ‘the nook’. Everything was as expected, if not better. The owner supplied us with a breakfast for the morning that we could eat at our own leisure in the accommodation. There was ample room, with a little kitchen area and separate toilet/shower room. Beautiful location. Had a great stay overall.

The owner/contact on the site was very friendly and helpful, even when I had to ask him something at 10pm! The accommodation was quiet and comfortable. Everything I needed was there for me. A very good selection for breakfast ...the free-range egg was so tasty! The only drawback was the long distance from the main road, but, I would still go again. Thank you.

Friendly enough gent once we found him to confirm our on-line booking & get key. Stairway up to the rooms in main building is very steep and narrow. With mobility issues priorly mentioned it was odd that they assuumed this would work...NOT! My wife nearly fell on 3 occasions. There was toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, & poacher...some milk, eggs, tea, juice, 6 eggs, lil bit of butter, (expired, crystalized honey), open sugar pot, a lil tub of open corn flakes, 5 pieces bread...no expiry dates so use at your own risk. horrible lumpy matress, shower with trickle power, toilet with swinging seat so bad we nearly broke a hip, extremely grubby walls, shower drain, splat spot mirrors, dusty crumby carpet and we actually found a playing card under bed from previous guests. The laneway into the property is extremely narrow bumpy, poor visibility with sheep running round about and on the road....and when you arrive don't be surprised to have alpacas up close and personal & dogs, horses, meeting and greeting you right next to the car. Parking is not great.

Nice place for an overnight stay visiting friends in the area. Very quiet and room had everything you could need with supplies for a lovely breakfast. Only thing I’d say is the double bed was very small, not sure it’s a standard double but for one night was ok.

Old, off grid, good for meditation.

It was nice, however the farm needs a lot of refurbishment. Also the local pathway that leads to farm was vey narrow and risky. While I was there I found one car fell off the this local pathway into the fields. Good place for meditation and contemplation- if you want to be off grid. There’s no phone signal but there’s Wifi. Breakfast was okayish, no dining area, you take your breafast in your room.

Absolutely disgusted. I told them I would be arriving late and they said that I must be there by 11:00pm. I managed to get there at 10:50pm and left the party early as to arrive on time. No one around and I couldn’t make a call as there’s no phone signal. Ended up having to drive home 105 miles 3 hours getting home at 02:00am. Just phone to ask why no one answered the phone and he’s put the phone down on me. DONT STAY HERE!!!
