"The hotel was very nice and modern. There is very limited staff for check in and out. They don’t have a front desk but have computers when you walk in to check in and out and scan your own room key. When we arrived, there was one person there to help as well as check out."

"Overall the hotel was great. What we needed for the 3 pre cruise nights. Not happy that they gave our bedroom away though as we arrived late to the hotel (after 11pm). We needed 3 beds, one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Was advised on check in we had a suite with one bed and a sleeper sofa. Told the manager to either give us 2 rooms or find one with 3 beds, putting someone else out which was unacceptable. Being tired and irritated it wasn't my problem however, but the girls as they started the problem. Well located with a supermarket across the way making it convenient for a quick bight"
