I had an amazing stay, the hotel is very good for its value, good services and facilities. Probably they just need to improve the breakfast a little bit more.
Wifi is good. The beach is beautiful and service people is very nice and helpful. Thanks! The breakfast is included and good. But the buffet supper is little high price.
Room was good. Safe was broken. Food was good. entertainment was good.

*Lovely views from rooms and common areas. Functional rooms, with small but nice balconies. Comfortable beds.
*Beach area a bit rustic, and could use some repairs to furniture, but I like how it is relatively flat for easy entry to the Dead Sea. There are also several pools.
*Main problem: Extremely loud outdoor music from 8:00 pm-11:00 pm. I understand that some people like having entertainment at night, but does it need to be SO loud? (No, it need not be. But it is.)
We stayed at this place for one night I rented 4 rooms I had one room for my friends from Egypt they forgot their swimming shorts , and when we called the hotel, they said it’s not there but they should be there without any doubt and those people are not happy .

Although the staff was mainly local, they need training to deal with visitors. We had dinner at Fairouz restaurant, but the charged us extra for water. No soft drinks were served
The room was not clean the room smell disgusting and I sent to the property note that we have anniversary but they didn’t do anything to us the staff was talking like they do not want to talk with you
The only inconvenience was the map from Expedia show me other place. You’ll have to Google the place. Security is on top of their properties checking who comes in and out very safe place view. It’s amazing. You have access to the Dead Sea from the hotel three beautiful pools with waterslides there is life card on duty in the water in the pool is so warm they provide your towels for the pool or for the beach. All the personnel is really attentive and I’m speaking since the entrance of the hotel to the beach part. They also have a hookah room with life music and a dancer everything for a very affordable price, including free buffet breakfast.

We are a family of 4, booked the executive suite with sea view, highly recommended. The receptionist was very kind to give a late check out until 3pm. The hotel is great, some parts are wear and tear but value for money I’d definitely reccomend. The private beach to the dead sea is awesome.
