The resort is very nice. There are several pools, one has a swim up bar. Of course there is also the Dead Sea. Staff there will help you with ‘mud’ so you leave the Sea feeling great. This service is free! We ate at two restaurants- the Italian and the Lebanese. Both were really good, the Italian was excellent!

Our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived. After waiting about 20 minutes, they upgraded us to a junior suite. The room was outstanding in every way and the view was spectacular. The breakfast in the morning was also exceptional. Our sincere thanks to the staff. I will stay in Hilton resorts more often in the future based on this stay!

Clean room, great private beach for Dead Sea. Lovely pool areas. Hard to navigate around the property though - we got so lost trying to find our room upon arrival as there was no one to help us. Our room was only accessible by going into one building, down an elevator, across to another building and up another elevator!

You will feel secure at this resort. It is like a fortress. Their security is probably bettter than the airport. Metal detectors, X-ray for the luggage, security gate, high walls. View of the Dead Sea and pool is amazing. Excellent restaurants

The room was clean and spacious with a lovely sea view. I liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. Breakfast had a good variety of food, and when we had an early departure, they made us a breakfast box early in the morning. My disappointments were that not all of the services were available in the hotel: only one pool in use (although it was winter and they were refurbishing the others), the dinner buffet was not available one night and the sky at was not open at all.
