Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder.....

Suboptimaler Aufenthalt

Positiv war die Nähe zum Strand und zur Promenade mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten. Das Quartier war räumlich in Ordnung, aber nicht sauber . Der Fußboden nur abgekehrt, nicht feucht gewischt, so dass man beim Begehen schwarze Füße bzw. Socken bekam. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr sparsam, aber ausreichend. Wir waren für 3 Personen angemeldet, für die dritte Schlafstelle (Couch) fehlte das Bettzeug. Da wir Sonntags angereist sind, war auch kein Ansprechpartner erreichbar, auch nicht unter der angegebenen Tel.-Nr. Ein Service war in der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer nicht spürbar. Wir würden bei einem evtl. erneuten Aufenthalt in Swinemünde ein anderes Quartier bevorzugen.

wspaniały odpoczynek

Wspaniałe wakacje w Świnoujściu w apartamencie nr 18/50. Bardzo blisko promenady przy Radissonie i plaży. Pokój przytulny, wygodne rozkładane tapczany-świetnie się spało,bardzo dobra pościel.Ładne czyste ręczniki w łazience. Balkon dosyć duży, ale trochę brudny z jednym krzesełkiem,stolikiem i jednym zdezolowanym leżakiem to jeden ma minusiklutki

Die Unterkunft war eigentlich ganz gut. Es war sauber und von der Ausstattung war alles da. Leider muss ich aber sagen das der Anbieter mir am Ende den Urlaub verdorben hat. Schon am Ankunftstag wo wir die Schlüssel geholt haben musste ich belegen das ich die Reise schon bezahlt habe. Lediglich die Kurtaxe und die Endreinigung sollten wir vor Ort zahlen. Das die Reise bezahlt war konnte ich per Paypal beweisen. Das hat denn auch geklappt wir haben die restliche Rechnung wie auch die Kaution vor Ort bar bezahlt da es mit Karte nicht ging. Uns wurden dann Zettel mitgeben. Wir dachten es ist alles gut. Am Abreisetag wo wir die Schlüssel abgeben wollten wurde dann gesagt wir müssen nochmal Kurtaxe und Endreinigung bezahlen. Den Beleg für die Kurtaxe hatten wir aber am Anreisetag haben wir keinen Beleg für die Endreinigung gekriegt somit mussten wir diese nochmal bezahlen Also haben wir 2 mal 47,50€ bezahlt. Was ich sehr ärgerlich finde da wir sogar bei der selben Person waren wie beim Anreisetag. Wir hatten ja leider keinen Beleg dafür gekriegt und da wir leider dort nicht mit Karte zahlen konnten und nur in bar. Konnten wir das ja dann auch nicht über online banking beweisen. Ich rate nur jedem lässt euch alles quittieren und hebt alles gut auf für uns war das Abzocke und ich denke wir sind bestimmt nicht die ersten wo sowas passiert ist.
