The apartment is located in a quiet location in the residence Bernstein, 2008 completed. The apartment has a north-west location, on the north side you have a view of wooded dunes with entrance to the sandy beach to the west side you have a view of a coniferous forest that extends to the German border (about 800m). You have reception of the German mobile network. The building has a lockable parking and a lockable bike room. Note: Parking bottlenecks in the high season: From the end of June to the beginning of September and on long weekends in the summer there may be bottlenecks in the hotel's own parking lot. If necessary, you must then park in the middle and leave a note with the phone number or avoid on adjacent streets. At a distance of about 200 meters there is also a paid guarded parking lot.

The apartment is 40 m² and is suitable for 2-4 (ideal for 2-3) persons. It has a floor made of genuine, warm ash wood. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a 2-person bed (new mattress 2017), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette (hot plates, microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, toaster) and a bathroom with large shower (90 x 90 cm) and washing machine. The deep shower tray (with stopper) is suitable as a bathtub for children. By opening the wide double door to the bedroom you can, if necessary, z. B. during the day, create more living space. In our tailor-made stylish built-in closet between the bedroom and living room is provided for enough storage space. In the kitchen niche, we have installed the quietest refrigerator in its class. From both sides (north and west), the apartment is covered by a continuous balcony of 10 m². Several dozen German TV channels can be received via satellite in the 32-inch LED TV. You have a free wireless Internet access (WLAN). At your disposal: 2 bikes, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, clothes horse and vacuum cleaner. The bathroom was renovated in 2017.
